Kevin is the President of operations of Independence Title & Escrow, Inc. Kevin has provided services in the Real Estate and Finance industry for the past 5 years. Through his
experience he has developed business relationships with various Real Estate Agents and Mortgage Brokers. Kevin has numerous experiences in the Real Estate Sales, Mortgage Processing and Title Insurance business. He has represented numerous residential and commercial clients in the purchases and sales of their properties. Additionally he worked in the mortgage business securing loans for every type of client.
Kevin is experienced in the title process from title searches through the closing. Kevin strives for customer satisfaction that is achieved by exceeding his customer’s needs. Whether they are buying or selling a
home, a mortgage company or real estate agent, Kevin truly understands his customer’s requirements and in turn presents them with appropriate services.
